Since fast food seems to lead to more fast food, maybe you should go cold turkey? My downfall used to be Taco Bell...Most weeks I would go EVERY SINGLE DAY. When I started this journey, I simply stopped going. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in 2 years! <br /><br />I am convinced that if you can achieve a couple of weeks of success, a couple of weeks of no fast-food, you will feel so proud of yourself and so much better physically, that it will get easier and easier to drive on by and not drive thru!<br /><br />This is damn hard, but you can do it.
