Ok you slipped up, just dust it off and move on. Just keep in mind to do your best.

You need to remember that you have chosen to live healthier. Don't let one slip up keep you on the path of destruction. Think of the now and the future.

Many hugsAnna Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01447807495906085656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2503444832032559761.post-9493203752995431922013-07-20T08:35:39.213-07:002013-07-20T08:35:39.213-07:00I can't have the first bite either, because it...I can't have the first bite either, because it's all over once I do that. So, unless I planned for it, I don't even try it. (When i'm behaving myself, that is...) Also remember that you can't gain from one meal like that, what you're looking at is waterweight and other things. It takes consistency to gain weight just as it takes it to lose weight. Weigh once a week, stop trying to punish yourself with a number on the scale. I'd much rather LIVE and make mistakes than sit at home with a stalk of celery clenched in my fist. :)Cammy@TippyToeDiethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00547787031318303521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2503444832032559761.post-75305031134263913432013-07-19T23:05:36.900-07:002013-07-19T23:05:36.900-07:00I hear ya!! They only thing to do now is learn from it and move on. Do not let it set you back. You will do this, it will just take some time.

Sorry your knee is still bothering you. I just eat to much no matter which type of restaurant we pick. So you're definitely not alone in being robotic at restaurants.

I love what you said: "When you get right down to it, it’s all about the choices I make. If I want to see more downs than ups, I need to have fewer hiccups." And I would add, keep the hiccups as small as possible. When I stopped overeats as fast as possible so they were smaller overeats, that really made a huge difference in losing weight.

Overall, I think you are doing very well. And you seem to be coaching yourself with good advice. :D

:-) Marion

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09499442282999349686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2503444832032559761.post-42230304303442668782013-07-19T13:38:56.174-07:002013-07-19T13:38:56.174-07:00That is such a true statement.
